Polywin Super Enamelled Copper Winding wire

These Wires are processed in dust free plant with state of the art catalytic converter type wire enameling machines. The deatails are as follows :

SIZES : 0.12mm to 2.50mm ( 39SWG to 12SWG)

INSULATION TYPES :

1. Polyester : Class - B, 130 ⁰C. suitable for general purpose rotating and static electrical equipments etc., having good thermal and Dielectric properties.

2. Modified Polyester : Class - F, 155 ⁰C. . suitable for general purpose rotating and static electrical equipments etc. having good thermal and Dielectric properties.

3. Theic Modified Polyester : Class - F⁺ , 165 ⁰C. Ignition Coils, Oil-Filled transformers, relays, contactors FHP Motors for power tools and all class 'F' equipments. Upgraded thermomechanical properties as compared to modified polyester.

4. Polyesterimide : Class - H, 180 ⁰C. FHP Motors for hand tools, hermetic applications, Ignition coils and all thermal class 'H' equipments. Resistant against refrigerants and transformers oils, high burnout resistance, etc.

5..Polyamideimide : Class - C, 220 ⁰C. Special motors including hermetic Motors. Hair-crack resistant against refrigerants and chemicals very high burnout resistance, excellent windability, low coefficient of friction, high slot-fill factor and improved abrasion resistance.

6..Polyurethane : Class - B & F, 130/155 ⁰C. Magnet coils, relays, transformers, small FHP Motors, Telecommunication and electronic equipments. Self-solderable at 375 ⁰C, also suitable for high speed coil winding techniques.

7..Polyvinyl Acetal : Class - A, 105 ⁰C. Oil-filled transformers all general equipments requiring high mechanical properties Such as Auto-electrical parts. High mechanical strength and good resistance to transformer oil and some chemicals; if modified, can be used upto thermal class - B (130 ⁰C).

8. Dual Coated Wires : As per customers Requirements.
